1. Membership change

The Committee noted the following extracts from the Votes and Proceedings and the

Minutes:

Legislative Council Minutes No. 100, 8 May 2025, entry no. 2:

JOINT COMMITTEES— MEMBERSHIP (Formal Business)

Ms Sharpe moved, as formal business, government business notice of motion no. 2:

(1) That:

(c) Mr Barrett be appointed as a member of the Joint Select Committee on the NSW

Reconstruction Authority to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Mr

Farraway, and

(d) Mr Murphy be appointed as a member of the Joint Select Committee on the NSW

Reconstruction Authority in place of Ms Suvaal, discharged.

(2) That a message be forwarded to the Legislative Assembly conveying the terms of the

resolution agreed to by the House.
