2.43 The Committee recommends that the Authority implement a mechanism to track

and measure insights arising from AARs to demonstrate improvements made

over time. This information should be published in the Authority's annual report

to provide greater transparency regarding the progress made and any barriers

encountered when implementing these recommendations, in order to support

the work of other government agencies and stakeholders involved in disaster

recovery.
